NEW MEETING LOCATION FOR JUNE
The General Meeting will be held at The Olive Garden Restaurant located at 7300 West Colonial Drive, Orlando 407-292-1411 They have a separate room area for our meeting. This is about 3-4 miles west of the fairgounds on the south side of the road, in the shopping plaza that also has the Home Depot at the intersection of Hiawassee Road and Colonial Drive. Please come early if you plan to have dinner so that it will not interfere with the general meeting. It’s a great time to gather with some of your “dog friends” and socialize. Hope to see you there. The meeting begins at 7:30 pm. We will be holding a door prize drawing.

ORLANDO DOG TRAINING CLUB, INC. is a not-for-profit organization and an American Kennel Club (AKC) sanctioned club. For over 50 years, ODTC has been helping Central Floridians learn how to care for, feed, and train their dogs to make them more acceptable in the home and in public. All dogs are welcome whether they are purebred or mixed breed. ODTC offers a variety of dog activities to meet your particular needs.
Puppy/Beginner For beginning dogs who need help in learning good manners and acceptable behavior. All breeds and mixed breeds are welcome.
Advanced Training: For those who want their dogs to be better behaved or to prepare for obedience competition. Please check HERE to see which classes are currently offered. All breeds and mixed breeds are welcome.
Agility: We do not offer agility classes at this time, but agility trials and seminars are offered several times a year.
Conformation Training: For breeders, owners, or handlers who would like to earn Championship titles on their purebred dogs.
Canine Good Citizen: This test is offered frequently and is backed by the American Kennel Club (AKC). The test is open to all breeds and mixed breeds.
Pet Therapy: For those interested in visiting nursing homes, retirement homes, or hospitals with their dogs. We offer certification through our PET LUV Program. aimee@boomerangkennels.com
Many of our members are involved in other dog-related activities such as herding, lure coursing, and Earth Dog, and will be happy to point the newcomer in the right direction.
